Backpacks of Hope

Developed as a result of our founder's own experience after her son was diagnosed, Backpacks of Hope is designed to give newly diagnosed families an instant connection when needed most. NSF offers new patients a backpack of valuable medical supplies, educational materials and comfort items. In your child's backpack you will find a warm blanket, swell style water bottle, Albustix, wireless over-ear headphones, a journal, a gift for your child and siblings, activities, information on upcoming events, background on Nephrotic Syndrome, clinical trials and more.

Each Backpack of Hope is individually curated and worth well over $300!! These special gifts are suitable for young patients ages 0 - 25 and bring a deep connection, direct support and HOPE to the whole family. The biggest gift is the personal connection to our Nephrotic Syndrome Foundation Family!

Due to shipping limitations, we are currently unable to ship to certain destinations outside of the United States and Canada. If this applies to your request, you will be contacted via email to confirm whether shipping to your location is possible.
