THERMOMETER PROGRAM

Through this program, The Nephrotic Syndrome Foundation provides a hospital grade thermometer to patient families with a child battling Nephrotic Syndrome - a significant benefit to anyone dealing with an immunosuppressed child.  Each thermometer is valued at over $300.

NSF'S THERMOMETER PROGRAM

Until recently, this program was offered to patients treated at UCSF, Lucille Packard Children's Hospital and Kaiser / Northern California; however, with the help of our local community and generosity of our donors, we have extended the program to all US residents with a child (18 years or under) diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome.

These thermometers are truly life-changing tools and we are honored to be able to serve our community of patient families in this way.

IMPORTANT - Please note that this program is open for applications on an ongoing basis; however, awards are subject to funding and availability. Applications are reviewed and granted on a periodic basis at select times throughout the year. While we encourage all eligible patient families to apply, we ask that you only do so if you can be patient as to our ability to fulfill your requests - which we will do as soon as humanly possible! Per program guidelines, priority is given to Northern California residents. In addition, unfortunately, due to customs restrictions we are not currently able to ship internationally.

For more information or questions, reach out to us at dana@nephroticsyndromefoundation.org.

Next thermometer distribution will take place April 2024!
