HEALTHY AT HOME

NSF's Healthy at Home program provides practical tools to support families caring for a child with Nephrotic Syndrome. It is designed to bring critical at-home monitoring tools to families if / when insurance is not able to provide these necessary tools.

NSF is proud to announce the launch of our first 100 Healthy at Home kits in November 2026.

Each NSF Healthy at Home kit includes:

  • Upper arm blood pressure monitor with pediatric or adult cuff options

  • Digital weight scale

  • Urine protein test strips

  • Helpful tracking and educational materials including Nephrotic Syndrome info and NSF resources

  • Guidance on how to take a BP reading and best practices on urine test analysis

We look forward to bringing these resources to our patient families and to helping ensure and support the health of every family with a child battling Nephrotic Syndrome.

Healthy at Home is available to patients ages 0–18 (in some cases up to age 25) diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome and living in the United States. Each family may receive one kit during their lifetime.
